The complex has gotten a lot better under the new property manager. I have noticed that we have gotten more information about what's going on in the complex, notifications about work being done or shuttle outages and requests seem to be completed in a much more timely manner.

Y’all... I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am I moved here. They’re super sweet and friendly to me, as well as my dog. The staff is beyond amazing and kind- they treat me like family. Maintenance requests are answered and fixed within hours. I can always find parking AND IT’S COVERED! This place is kid, pet, and just all around people friendly. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, beautiful, with a lot of space- look no further!

It's convenient to everything, there's a shuttle to take you to the metro Monday through Friday, the amenities are rare (to include a racquetball court and a pool that is open 365!), garage parking (oh how I miss thee!) the leasing office staff and management are superb, concierge staff are attentive, the maintenance staff are prompt, and the biggest thing is there is cement between you and your neighbor!!! Great place to live! Lived at Huntington gateway for four years and had nothing but great experiences. Between the gym, the pool, and the grills made for a great time. The on site cargo storage (small fee) was also very convenient along with the bike cage (free of charge). I had a two bedroom apartment at Huntington Gateway from 2011-2013. I really enjoyed living there. Great amenities. Indoor pool that extends outdoors for year round swimming. Has hot tub, steam room, well-appointed gym. Close to metro with shuttle service!

I visited the Huntington Gateway because it was so conveniently close to the 495 freeway and I would use it on my way to my new job. Mindy was was helpful, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Although I did not have a firm date to move at the time, it felt like home and this was the right place to be.
